The Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens and permanent residents in Malaysia aged 18 years and above with valid identification number (MyKad or MyPR) as on 1st May 2021.
The following groups of persons shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest:
- Employees of the Organiser and its group of companies and their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings, and their spouses);
- Employees of the Organiser’s agencies associated with the Contest and their immediate families (spouse, children, parents, siblings, and their spouses).
- Employees of the participating outlets; TF Value-Mart Sdn Bhd (“TF Value-Mart”) and Mydin Mohamed Holdings Berhad (“Mydin”) and their immediate families (spouse, children, parents, siblings, and their spouses).
WhatsApp Entry
- Purchase any Jack ‘n Jill Cloud 9, Cloud 9 Wafret or NIPS participating product(s) (“Products”) worth of RM10 and above in a single receipt (“Proof of Purchase”) at any participating MYDIN and TF Value Mart offline outlets or official online platforms ( official website and mobile application ) within the Contest Period.
- Send a clear picture of the Proof of Purchase via WhatsApp number 013-614 4223 along with Full Name and MyKad Number (e.g. Zain Bin Malik , 880918-10-1198, ) ("Entries")
- Each valid entry, completed with the required purchase, clear
picture of the
Proof of
Purchase and Personal Information received by the Organizer during the Contest Period
will be serialized. For Products purchased in a single receipt worth of RM10, one (01)
serial number will be allocated to the Entry. For example ;
- the single receipt contains Products worth of RM20 , two (02) serial numbers will be given.
- the single receipt contains Products worth of RM30 , three (03) serial numbers will be given
- There is no limit to the amount of entries with valid purchases during the Contest Period.
- Retain the Original Receipt or Proof of Purchase for verification purposes.

Verification of Entries
- Original Tax Invoice receipt indicating the Product(s) and Values, Receipt Number, Valid Purchase Date within the Contest Period and Outlet Name/Location.
- Valid required Personal Details
- No Duplication of Proof of Purchase
- No alteration of receipt in any form
- Handwritten Tax Invoice Receipt, Purchase Order and Delivery Note will not be accepted as proof of purchase.
- E-Commerce receipt ( from the participating outlet official website and mobile application ) will be accepted as proof of purchase
Winner Selection
- Each participant is eligible to win a maximum of One (1) prize only throughout the Contest Period from each Outlet.
- Notwithstanding any of the above, upon receipt of the Entry and/or upon selection of the winners, as the case may be, the Organiser shall reserve the right to request for further evidence in the processing of the Entry including the original Proof of Purchase (hardcopy) the identification documents for verification prior to the delivery of the Prizes. Failure to produce any of the foregoing documents within the stipulated timeframe will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prizes.
- Winners selected based on the serial number selection method will be informed or
contacted via WhatsApp from the contest number 013-614 4223 to answer a simple Contest

JACK’n JILL’s logo is in red and white colour. (True/False) - Winners must reply and provide the correct answer within the stipulated time frame to be eligible to win the prize. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.
- The Organizer will not be held liable in the event the winners cannot be contacted for whatever reasons. Another winner will be picked if more than 5 calls are unanswered or exceeded the stipulated time frame to revert for the verification.
Winner Selection For TF Value-Mart Entries
Grand Prize : 5 x TF Value-Mart Voucher worth RM500
There are five (5) Grand Prize to be won throughout the Contest Period.
The winner will be determined based on the serialized number of qualified entries received during the Contest Period , for example: if there are *2,755 eligible entries received during the Contest Period, this number will be divided by 5. Illustration of computation is as follows:
*2,755 ÷5 = 551*.
A total of five [5] participants with entry serial number with a multiple of 551* will be declared as the winners. Example of the winning serial numbers: *551, *1102, *1653, *2204, and *2755 will be declared as the Grand Prize winners.
The rounding formula will be performed if the winning number of entries arises the decimal value, the number will be rounded down to the nearest single digit number and the multiple serial numbers will be selected as the winner.
Special Prize : 3 x TF Value-Mart Voucher worth RM200
There are three (3) Special Prize to be won throughout the Contest Period.
The winner will be determined based on the serialized number of qualified entries received during the Contest Period, for example: if there are *2,755 eligible entries received during the Contest Period , this number will be subtracted with the Grand Prize winner’s Entry(ies), and thus divided with the allocated three (3) Special Prizes. Illustration of computation is as follows:
*2,755 – *15 (assuming Grand Prize Winners Entries) = 2,740 ÷ 3 = 913.3*.
A total of three [3] participants with entry serial number with a multiple of 913* will be declared as the winners. Example of the winning serial numbers: *913, *1826 and *2739 will be declared as the Special Prize winners.
The rounding formula will be performed if the winning number of entries arises the decimal value, the number will be rounded down to the nearest single digit number and the multiple serial numbers will be selected as the winner.
Consolation Prize : 100 x TF Value-Mart Voucher worth RM50
There are one hundred (100) Consolation Prize to be won throughout the Contest Period.
The winner will be determined based on the serialized number of qualified entries received during the Contest Period, for example: if there are *2,755 eligible entries received during the Contest Period , this number will be subtracted with the Grand And Special Prize winner’s Entry(ies), and thus divided with the allocated sixty (60) Consolation Prizes . Illustration of computation is as follows:
*2,755 – (*15+*10) (assuming Grand & Special Prize Winners Entries) = 2,730 ÷ 100 = 27.3*.
A total of hundred [100] participants with entry serial number with a multiple of 27* will be declared as the winners. Winner Announcement
Winners will be notified or contacted by the Organizer via WhatsApp from the contest number 013-614 4223 to provide delivery address of the prize as part of the prize fulfilment process. Failure to provide the details per above within the stipulated time frame will result in forfeiture of the prize.
The Organizer will not be held responsible if the winner cannot be contacted for any reason through the WhatsApp.
The list of winners will also be announced on the Organizer’s social media at;
- The Organiser, its agents, sponsors and representatives shall have no liability to any Participant who defaults in collecting the Prizes in accordance with the Prize Claim/Delivery Date in any respect whatsoever.
- Prizes are strictly not transferable, assignable, exchangeable or redeemable by the Participant in any other form or manner other than that specified by the Organiser.
- All prizes will be processed for delivery or collection 30 days after the announcement of winners of the Contest.
- The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with that of similar value at any time without prior notice.
- The Prizes must be claimed within three [3] months from the date of the letter or announcement or notice of the claim of the prize whichever is earlier.
- The Prize shall be used/taken entirely at the risk of the Participants and the Organiser excludes all warranties and liabilities in connection with the Prize to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- The Organiser reserves the right to determine how uncollected Prizes will be dealt with.
- The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion, without prior notice, and without any liability to any person, at any time to change the Terms and Conditions including to change the Contest Period, make Prize substitutions, cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest in whole or in part. In the event of any changes to the Terms and Conditions, Participants agree that their continued participation in the Contest will constitute their acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
- The Organiser, and/or representatives shall not be liable to any Participant in respect of any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained by the Participant arising out of or in connection with the participation by the Participant in the Contest, as well as the redemption and/or utilisation of any Prize won.
- The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion including judging and selection of winners will be final, binding and conclusive on all Participants, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
- By participating in this Contest, participants consent to give their personal information and the Organiser reserves the right to publish, use the participants and winners’ names and/or photographs plus their entries for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each participant is not entitled to make any claims for the use of their entries by the Organiser.
- By submitting an entry to the Contest, Participants are deemed to have understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
- By participating the WHATSAPP & WIN CONTEST! , you have consented to URC Snack Foods (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and any of its holding, subsidiaries or related entities as defined in the Companies Act 2016 and its service providers, agents and contractors providing administrative and business support to and act on our behalf (“Third Party Appointments”) (collectively “the Organizer” or “our”) process your personal information submitted in the WhatsApp participation / application for the purpose of the WHATSAPP & WIN CONTEST! This includes disclosing your name to the general public when you win a contest or participating in our event by publishing your name, pictures and other personal information without compensation for advertising and publicity purposes.
