TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions govern the of the Harvest the FUN and REWARDS with JACK ‘n JILL gift-with-purchase redemption (“REDEMPTION”) which is organised by URC Snack Foods (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 198201012921) (“Organiser“).

This REDEMPTION will run from 1^st May 2022 at 12.00AM (+8 GMT) and continue to run while the gift-with-purchase stocks last (“REDEMPTION Period”). By joining the REDEMPTION, all participants (“Participants”) are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and that they agree to abide by them. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

ELIGIBILITY
1. This REDEMPTION is open to all Participants at the Organiser’s participating outlets in Sabah and Sarawak.
2. The Organiser reserves the right to disallow any Participants who does not comply with any of the Terms and Conditions of this REDEMPTION or if the Organiser is of the view that the Participant fails to meet any of the Organiser’s redemption criteria.
REDEMPTION INFORMATION
1. Participants may redeem as many gift-with-purchase items, with each redemption accompanied by their own proof-of-purchase dated from 1^st May 2022 onwards. The Organiser prohibits multiple redemption with the same proof-of-purchase. Participants must redeem on the spot from the same outlet they have made the purchase while stocks last.
2. The Organiser reserves the right to vary, extend, suspend, or terminate the REDEMPTION at its sole discretion or if the REDEMPTION is not capable of being continued for whatever reasons. Such termination or suspension shall not give rise to any claim by the Participants.
REDEMPTION ITEM & MECHANICS
1. Before understanding the REDEMPTION mechanics, participants are advised to be aware on the implications of the nature of this REDEMPTION whereby the Organiser will not be responsible for any risks that might occur upon executing the REDEMPTION. Participants shall bear all risks taken and its best advised to be mindful of the unforeseen circumstances.
2. The gift-with-purchase item is an Elianware Ezy Lock Microwave Keeper (400ml) (“Elianware Keeper”). The Elianware Keeper is available in Two (2) colours, red and blue.
3. The REDEMPTION mechanics are as below (“REDEMPTION Mechanism”):
  1. Step 1
    1. Purchase any JACK ‘n JILL Magic, JACK ‘n JILL JiGS or JACK ‘n JILL Corn Curls worth RM12 and above in a single receipt at participating outlets in Sabah & Sarawak to be eligible to redeem One (1) Elianware Keeper. The date of purchase on the receipt must start from 1^st May 2022 and clearly lists the JACK ‘n JILL products purchased with the transaction amount.
  2. Step 2
    1. Redeem One (1) Elianware Keeper by presenting the receipt at the participating outlets.
    2. Each receipt is eligible for only One (1) Elianware Keeper.
    3. Redemption is done on a first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last. The colour of the Elianware Keeper is given in random.
4. Participants may redeem as many Elianware Keeper as possible, however each redemption must be supported with a unique proof-of-purchase of at least RM12.00 worth of JACK ‘n JILL products in a single receipt.
5. The Organiser or participating outlets shall determine redemption eligibility in its sole and absolute discretion. Only Participants who fulfil each of the REDEMPTION Mechanism stated shall be eligible to redeem the Elianware Keeper while stocks last. Participants who fail to abide by the REDEMPTION Mechanism will not be allowed to make the redemption.
ORGANISER’S RIGHTS
1. Participants take part in this REDEMPTION entirely at their own risk. The Organiser will not be liable to Participants for any loss, mishap, injury, damage or accidents to any persons or property whatsoever and any claims, damages or losses thereto arising from their participation or non-participation in the REDEMPTION and/or redemption of the gift-with-purchase item(s). Participants shall assume full liability in the case of any mishap, injury, damage or accidents to any persons or property whatsoever and any claims, damages or losses thereto arising from their participation in the REDEMPTION and/or redemption of the gift-with-purchase item(s).
2. The Terms and Conditions herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the REDEMPTION. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English version and any other languages version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail at all times.
PRIVACY POLICY
1. General
  1. The Organiser respects the privacy of every individual who visits The Organiser’s digital platforms or responds to The Organiser’s interactive advertisements. This Privacy Statement outlines the information The Organiser will collect and use that information. This Statement will also instruct Participants on what to do if they do not want their personal information collected or shared when they visit The Organiser’s sites or respond to The Organiser’s advertisements.
2. Personally Identifiable Information
  1. The Organiser will not collect any personally identifiable information about the Participants (that is, Participants’ name, address, telephone number, or email address) unless Participants provides it to The Organiser voluntarily.
  2. If Participants do not want their personally identifiable information collected, they should not submit it to The Organiser. If the information has been submitted and Participants would like for The Organiser to change or remove it from The Organiser’s records, Participants may request by writing to The Organiser via postal to URC Snack Foods (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, No.1, Jalan Jurunilai U1/20, Seksyen U1, Hicom Glenmarie Industrial Park, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor. The Organiser will use reasonable efforts to delete Participants’ information from the existing files.
  3. When Participants provide The Organiser with personally identifiable information, The Organiser may use that information in the following ways, unless stated otherwise: The Organiser may store and process that information to better understand Participants’ needs and how The Organiser can improve their products and services; The Organiser may use that information to contact Participants; and The Organiser may provide that information to third parties.
3. Children
  1. The Organiser has no intention of collecting any personally identifiable information (that is, name, address, telephone number, or email address) from individuals under sixteen years of age. Where appropriate, The Organiser will specifically instruct children not to submit such information on The Organiser’s sites or advertisements. If a child has provided personally identifiable information to The Organiser, a parent or guardian of that child should contact The Organiser at the email address or phone number listed at the bottom of this Statement if they would like this information deleted from The Organiser’s records. The Organiser will use reasonable efforts to delete the child’s information from existing files.
4. Non-Personally Identifiable Information Collected Automatically
  1. In some cases, The Organiser may collect information about Participants that is not personally identifiable. Examples of this type of information include the type of Internet Browser Participants are using, the type of computer operating system Participants are using, and the domain name of the site from which Participants linked to The Organiser’s site or advertisement.
5. Information We May Place Automatically on Your Computer’s Hard Drive
  1. When Participants view one of The Organiser’s sites or advertisements, The Organiser may store some information on your computer. This information will be in the form of a “Cookie” or similar file and will help The Organiser in many ways. For example, Cookies allow The Organiser to tailor a site or advertisement to better match the Participants’ interests and preferences. With most Internet Browsers, Participants can erase Cookies from his or her computer hard drive, block all Cookies, or receive a warning before a Cookie is stored. Participants should refer to the Browser instructions or help screen to learn more about these functions.
6. Who to Contact
  1. If Participants have submitted personally identifiable information through The Organiser’s site or interactive advertisement, and would like that information deleted from their records, please write a request through post to URC Snack Foods (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, No. 1, Jalan Jurunilai U1/20, Seksyen U1, Hicom Glenmarie Industrial Park, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor. The Organiser will use reasonable efforts to delete this information from existing files.
